Refund policy
Student access to SikshyaNepal’s public information is free. These terms apply only when SikshyaNepal begins selling advertising, sponsored content or other paid services.
Before payment
A written order should identify the service, dates, placement, price, taxes, deliverables and cancellation terms. No institution may purchase verification, a fabricated ranking or a higher student-review score.
Cancellations and refunds
If SikshyaNepal cannot deliver an agreed paid service, the unused portion will be refunded or rescheduled by agreement. Once a campaign has started, completed work and delivered advertising are normally non-refundable unless the written order states otherwise.
Incorrect or prohibited material
We may refuse or remove misleading, unlawful or unsafe advertising. Refund eligibility depends on the written order and whether the advertiser supplied prohibited or inaccurate material.
Request
Email billing@sikshyanepal.com with the invoice, payment reference and reason. This policy does not replace rights that cannot legally be excluded.
